Early Childhood Education (EAK) is a high quality program specially designed for children from the time they are born and is better known as early childhood education. Early Childhood is a term that refers to the period of time from birth to eight years of age. Early Childhood Education uses the term early childhood as 'Early Childhood' and Early Childhood Education as 'Early Childhood Education'.

In Malaysia, PAKK is an important foundation because it is an early education in the development of an individual's life after home education, where it becomes a site that can sow the seeds of knowledge. PAKK uses the terms preschool, nursery, kindergarten and daycare that involve children children under the age of six.

Children at this age level will be taught by highly skilled teachers in a learning environment that is suitable for their age because 'children are like white cloth that needs to be patterned with the colors of life' so that they are able to be the lining of the nation's generation and be ready to determine the direction of their lives in the future.
